Honey, the Way the Bees Made It

RAW HONEY, SIMPLY EXPLAINED

Raw honey is honey that has been kept as close as practical to its natural state after leaving the hive.  It isn't heavily processed or overheated, and it isn't finely filtered to create a perfectly uniform product.

That means raw honey may contain tiny particles of pollen, wax, or propolis - and its color, flavor, aroma, and texture can naturally vary from harvest to harvest.

SIMPLY PUT

Raw honey isn't supposed to look exactly the same every time. Nature doesn't.
